Customer Service Growth at Carolina Equine Hospital

Carolina Equine Hospital has a growing team of expert equine health professionals dedicated to providing excellent service and care. As the needs of our clients grow, so too must our staff. Our newest receptionist, Mo, helps keep our front desk and customer service in tip top shape. Keep reading to learn more about Ashley’s right hand!

A – Where are you from, and where do you live now?

M– I am originally from Lakeland, Florida. These days I am residing in Greensboro.

A- What do you like to do in your free time?

M- I like to go rock-hounding (mining for gemstones), hiking in the mountains, spending time with my boyfriend, my kids, and my dogs.

A- What is your favorite food?

M- Currently, my favorite foods are Mexican food and sushi!

A – Please tell us an interesting fact about you, Mo!

M – As someone who has green eyes AND is left-handed, I make up less than 2% of the population!

A – Now on to the work-related questions! When did you develop your interest in horses?

M – I have had an interest in horses for as long as I can remember.

A – Do you have any of your own horses?

M – No, I don’t have any horses of my own.

A – What made you want to work at CEH?

M – CEH was a very reputable business with great values. I love being able to work in an animal clinic setting. 

A- What kind of things does a receptionist do? 

M- The job of receptionist includes but is not limited to dispatching doctors, helping to triage when needed, handling difficult emergency calls, and providing outstanding customer service.

A – What is the most interesting thing you have seen while you have been here?

M – I got to see the cutest jersey steer that came along as a travel companion to two horses we saw. He has his own instagram!

A – What is one thing you feel is very important for horse owners to know about caring for horses?

M– Be proactive and call the vet immediately if your horse gets hurt- don’t wait! Lots of things can be prevented if care is given shortly after the wound occurs.

A – What is your favorite part of your job?

M – How close knit my work family is!
