Rachel James (Office Manager)
Rachel grew up riding and showing horses in 4H and Quarter Horse shows near Akron, Ohio. After graduating from High School, she attended Findlay University majoring in Equine Studies and Equine Management.
She worked as an assistant trainer at a Quarter Horse farm before moving to North Carolina in 2004. Once in North Carolina, she worked as a head trainer at a local barn showing and training Quarter Horses in Hunter Under Saddle and Western Pleasure.
In 2006, Rachel started working for Reidsville Veterinary Hospital. She is currently attending classes to expand her knowledge of veterinary medicine.
In her spare time she gives riding lessons to a few girls from a local 4H club and attends local open shows and state shows with them. She also likes spending time with her Quarter Horse Jazzman (Jazzability) and her Cattle Dog (Sissy).
She is very active in field trails and hunt tests with her husband (Matt) and their dogs Titan, Kiele and Chiq.
